CARLINGTON COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS DINNER

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2010

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO PREPARE AND SERVE DINNER FOR 250 PEOPLE. 

COME AND JOIN US IN A FUN AND SPIRIT FILLED

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY AND HOPE!

WE NEED

12 turkeys (Cooked and carved with drippings or frozen for us to prepare)

100 pounds of potatoes

5 large (2 kg) bags of mixed frozen vegetables

50 sweet potatoes

20 turnips

20 dozen assorted buns

5 pounds of butter

10 cans of cranberries

5 large jars of green olives

5 jars of beet pickles

5 large jars of mixed pickles

10 boxes of clementines or mandarins

Baking: Cookies, Cakes, Loaves, Squares (Please no nuts!)

Christmas Napkins

150 dinner size Christmas paper plates

300 dessert size Christmas paper plates

12 sets of Salt and Pepper Shakers

WE NEED YOUR HELP ON FRIDAY TO PREPARE AND

ON SATURDAY TO SET-UP, PREPARE, SERVE, CLEAN-UP, WASH DISHES AND SO ON!

please deliver items to the Bellevue Community Centre after 10:00 am
